Instead of trying to find the money and people to expand our program nationally, we decided it makes more sense to license our system in areas we can't cover.

get the deed from the person in

(It works even better in appreciating areas because more properties have equity. Only 10% of foreclosing properties in Colorado have 25% or more equity while it's 80 - 90% in California.)

You'll be getting the deeds (title to the property) without paying for them and then you decide how to proceed after doing your due diligence. This saves you time because you're only doing due diligence on deals you own.

We're granting exclusive licenses to our system by county since that's how foreclosure records are kept... but... you'll need to qualify if you're interested and here's why:

Someone who's unethical could easily use our system as a way to get people's trust and then take advantage of them. Our system is based on integrity and treating people fairly and sometimes even helping people without getting paid.

If it's in someone's best interest to do something that doesn't involve us, we advise them to do that. Our first priority is to help people and second to make money. Communicating that builds trust.
